Why We Fight Matters
In the fight against youth mental health challenges, suicide, and overdoses, We Fight Foundation is more than a name… it is a promise. In a world where silence can be heavy and hopelessness can feel overwhelming, we stand firm. We believe that through unity, family-centered healing, and community compassion, young people can rise above adversity. We are building hope in families: one child, one parent, and one community at a time.

Families of Hope Network
The parent lounge, a safe and supportive space for parents/caregivers navigating the care of a child who is having challenges with self-harm, suicidal ideation or had a suicide attempt or other mental health challenges that can lead to suicide offering support, resources, retreats, and healing.
Parent Workshops
We strive to offer workshops that empower parents and teachers with practical tools in youth mental health literacy, trauma-informed parenting, and youth suicide and substance use prevention.
Youth Workshops
Our youth workshops build mental health literacy, teach practical coping and emotional regulation skills, and show students how to seek support when needed. We also provide trauma-sensitive, culturally responsive education on youth suicide and substance prevention to help them make safer choices, understand risks, and strengthen their sense of identity and purpose.
